A unique vision methodology is needed in any business, to create clarity and define that vision and goals in order to connect a company with the world at large and with its long term future. Our VisionPro® framework reconceives the ways in which these priority strategies are created placing emphasis on experience and personal alignment with the visioning process.

This process was created by Heather Boon after years of experience working with clients and businesses and helping them to define their brand and business vision. She realised there was a need for a process that enabled any business or client to gain total clarity around what they do and why they do it, which leads into brand definition, awareness and business growth.

As the Vision Mentor she created this unique five step system which assists business owners and entrepreneurs to gain the clarity they need on what they do, why they do it and what they are truly passionate about. Guiding her clients through the process, Heather trains business owners to look at their resources, strategies and tactics within their own business, looking at their brand and business from every aspect to discover what they specifically require to achieve great results.

Vision
Why am I in business and what do I want my business to achieve? What is the legacy I will leave and to whom?
Creating a strong vision is a must for you to be able to clearly define why you’re in business and what you ultimately want to achieve through your business.

In this module we will delve deeply into your why and set the foundation of your strategic plan to achieve future success. Allowing you to identify future opportunities and select those that promote your vision and those that do not. This is key to your future success as many businesses get caught up in what we call “Bright Shiny Opportunity Syndrome” (B.S.O.S.)

Exit and succession planning to decide on how and when you might exit your business, the goal is to maximise the value of your company before converting it to cash or deciding who will run the place when you’re lying on that beach in Hawaii.

Passion
What solution are you passionate about delivering to your customers and are they as passionate about your products or services as you are?

The second module delves into what motivates you and your customers to ensure there is a match.  From this vantage point you will be able to improve your offer to them to ensure the continued growth of your business through existing and new customers. Visualising and communicating the vision to your market is key to connecting with your market in a way that produces results for your business and solves the challenges your customers and clients are facing.

Resources
Who do I need on my team and why would someone join me, perform for me and stay with me?  How can I keep myself and my people motivated, passionate and innovative?  What technology do I need to bring my vision into reality?

In this module we examine if your actions reflect your vision and discover your leadership style. How to attract and retain the people you need and keep them working towards your goals.  What technology do you require and how to source it from trusted sources.  We investigate any needed skill sets that  may be missing from your resources and how to best source them for you.

Strategy
Who is your target market? Where are they? What is your point of difference from your competitors?

This module explores the world of your target market and their relationship with you and your products and services.  Where do you wish to be positioned in your marketplace and what you want your business to represent?  What is your brand and what does it represent?

Tactics
How do you deliver your products or services to meet your customer’s needs? How can I reach and attract more customers? What is the best way to communicate with my customers?

In this module we delve into your options for connecting your products with your target market in the most cost effective way to meet their needs.  How to promote your business, create and leverage your brand to ensure you are positioned in alignment with your vision.  The most effective way to communicate your value and build business relationships that will create raving fans.

Ongoing Measurement and Performancewinning success
How profitable is your business?  Are you testing and measuring to ensure you achieve your vision?  Are you staying focused and implementing your strategic plan?

Here is where you develop your KPI’s to ensure your business is performing.  Do you need to make incremental adjustments to your pricing structure or costs?  Ensuring you are testing and measuring your results every step of the way and making any adjustments to remain aligned to your vision.

This initial meeting explores possibilities and reviews the current business vision situation jointly. We send a simple VisionPro®Audit Package in advance to prepare you for the meeting. Once the audit has been finalised our team will collaborate with you in developing an achievable plan that uses your vision as the guiding navigation point for you to set your course by, keep you and your business on track and in alignment with your stated outcomes.
