This initial meeting explores possibilities and reviews the current business vision situation jointly. We send a simple VisionPro® Audit Package in advance to prepare you for the meeting.
Our VisionPro® Audit is an invaluable insight designed to quickly identify and frame the major internal and external issues facing your organization for the future, to understand your preparedness and to give you clear recommendations forward. Our VisionPro® Audit Report creates a quick but solid basis to frame the long term visioning requirements for the firm.
