Who is Heather Boon?
I am a Leading Business and Life Strategist who works closely with business owners and entrepreneurs supporting them to gain clarity on the vision for their business and strategically planning and implementing step-by-step action plans to achieve their desired outcomes in the shortest time frame possible.
Also a Certified Results & Master Coach, Master NLP Practitioner & NLP Trainer, Accredited Extended DISC Practitioner, and certified with a Certificate IV in Workplace Training & Assessment, I have been in and around the business world since the early age of 16. My extensive experience in the field of business has found me working both in and on businesses, gaining knowledge and skills in a variety of companies including a group of hotels, manufacturing, construction, transport, and more.
I acquired diverse skills and experience in business, including accounting and external financial controlling. Working for a company in the retail and wholesaling arena, I became one of four people on a decision-making board of the company who grew their turnover by 63% during my tenure. Over the years, I have also been actively involved in staff recruitment, training, and managing computer systems within businesses.
In 2004, I blended my experience in the world of business with my love for people and potential to create Maximum Results – a company focused on providing performance training and consulting to their clients. I am the creator of VisionPro®, a unique five-step system which assists business owners to become crystal clear on what they do, identify what they are passionate about – clarifying their WHY for being in business. Guiding my clients through VisionPro®, I guide and train business owners to look at the resources, strategies and tactics within their own business, looking at their brand and business from every aspect to discover what they specifically require to achieve great results.
